The JURA X10 prepares 35 specialties, including 9 cold brews. It’s the first machine in this range to offer cold extraction in professional settings: Cold Brew Espresso, Cold Brew Lungo, Cold Brew Cortado, and several variations with cold milk. No ice, no manual preparation.
The cold extraction process is fully automatic: cold water passes through freshly ground coffee under high pressure, in a slow, pulsed cycle. The result is naturally fresh and aromatic. For hot specialties, P.E.P.® and One Touch Lungo do the usual job.
The spout is height-adjustable and combines the coffee, milk, and hot water outlets in a single point. Easy to use for any team member.
